Thuy Le was born in Vietnam but grew up in the North Bay in Santa Rosa. She attended college at the University of California, Irvine where she doubled majored in Economics and Sociology, and then attended law school in Southern California at Western State University College of Law in Orange County. Her first experience with practicing law was interning for an insurance defense law firm. While there, she became familiar with the personal injury field of law.

Following law school, she moved back home to the North Bay where she continued her work for insurance defense firms which primarily focused on personal injury, construction defects, and some surety bond law.  She also gained experience setting up corporations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and filing unlawful detainer actions for the people in her community.

After working in the insurance defense world, both smaller and medium-sized firms, for about 5 years, Ms. Le felt a strong passion to explore the plaintiff’s side of litigation.  Working at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm helped Ms. Le acquire more knowledge of the law, litigation, and needs of her clients.  She loves the family-feeling of working in smaller firms so she can focus more on the clients instead of corporate issues. Ms. Le specializes in representing clients who suffer from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other personal injury-related matters.  She has taken cases to a jury verdict in several California counties including Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo.

Ms. Le is a strong advocate for her clients. She is constantly creating and building good relationships with her clients, and they feel her passion when working with her.  She is involved in her Vietnamese community and provides pro bono work in her spare time including volunteering for the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California’s free legal clinic as well as helping the members of her Vietnamese Catholic church in Santa Rosa, California.

Ms. Le is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. She is also a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California.
